Shipping policy

At A1 PJC Spices we endeavor to ship your order safely and as fast as possible. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and packing times. These times are an estimated and could take longer on Public Holidays and/or Weekends. 

We use Canada post and UPS to ship our orders. It should take approximately 5 to 7 days for you to receive the order. 

How can I track my delivery?

To track your parcel once we dispatch your order we will send you a confirmation by email that will include your tracking number and courier company used to ship out your order either by Canada Post or UPS

Can my order be sent internationally?

Glad you asked, we only ship in Canada and in the United States at the moment.

 

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once we've dispatched your items, we'll send you an email to the email address you used to place the order. Occasionally we dispatch items separately so you may get more than one email. Just so you know, any orders placed over the weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.

 

Delivery method

We have a growing catalogue of ready to send products. All products ready to send out are dispatched within 48 hours from the time that we receive the order.

Deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm and in most cases a signature will be required, if nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour". However, A1 PJC SPICES are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

We use Canada post and UPS to ship our orders. It should take approximately 5 to 7 days for you to receive the order. International orders please allow 5 to 20 Days for shipping times. 

We will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout when you place your order and this information will be included in your order confirmation email.

 

My order hasn't been delivered

If your order has not been delivered within reasonable timescales, please contact us. Please remember to include your name address, tracking number and your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order.

If we're unable to locate your parcel, we will send you a ‘Missing Parcel Claim Form’ to sign and return, which will act as a declaration of your claim. Upon receipt of your declaration we will investigate the claim and advise you of the outcome.

Issue with product

Incorrect or missing item in my parcel

If you have received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please Contact Us with details of the error. Please remember to include your name address, tracking number and your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order details.

If we are unable to locate your missing items, we will send you a ‘Missing Parcel Claim Form’ to sign and return, which will act as a declaration of your claim. Upon receipt of your declaration, we will investigate the claim and advise you of the outcome.
